However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content is accurate, complete, or error-free. Colors, materials, and finishes may appear differently in person than in photographs due to lighting and display variations.

Pricing and Availability: All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or limit quantities at any time. Product availability is subject to inventory levels and may vary.

Design Consultation Services: Our design consultation services are provided by qualified professionals to assist you in selecting appropriate lighting solutions. While we provide expert advice, the final selection and installation decisions are your responsibility. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from our recommendations.

4. Orders and Payment

Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by Domaine Lighting. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Payment Terms: Payment is due at the time of order placement unless otherwise arranged. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website. You warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method provided and that all payment information is accurate and complete.

Custom Orders: Custom lighting orders may require special terms, including deposits, extended delivery times, and limited return policies. Specific terms for custom orders will be communicated at the time of order placement.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver products within the timeframes specified. However, delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, shipping carrier delays, or manufacturer delays.

Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery. You are responsible for inspecting products upon delivery and reporting any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours of receipt.

6. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns of unused, undamaged products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery, subject to our return policy. Custom-made or specially ordered items may not be eligible for return unless defective. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for certain returns.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

Product Warranties: Our products are covered by manufacturer warranties as specified. We will honor valid warranty claims in accordance with manufacturer terms. We do not provide additional warranties beyond those offered by manufacturers.

Service Disclaimers: Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service that is the subject of the claim.

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Domaine Lighting or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission.

You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use any content you submit to our website, including reviews, comments, or design consultation information, for business purposes.
